Although most of pipe distribution systems of the cold, hot and heating water and circulation have been recently exchanged, they have been implemented by means of inappropriate materials. At present newly developed and technologically more ideal pipe distribution systems are available, such as plastic and metal ones with a long durability and much better physical and chemical qualities.
If the owners of the housing object decide to reconstruct the original sanitary units, we recommmend them to execute also the reconstruction of the pipe distribution systems of the cold, hot and heating water and circulation either before or at the same time as the reconstruction itself, since the damages on the already renovated sanitary units caused by faulty pipe systems are often severalfold higher than the ones on the original flat installation sanitary units. It is also necessary to point out that when exchanging the pipe distribution systems the fire security regulations have not been followed in most cases, which means there is a great danger of a fire in these installation shafts of the sanitary units and they serve as a way of a quick spreading of the fire to the whole housing object.
