Energetic audit (analyses of expenditures of the heat and potential savings)
Energetic audit assesses energetic parameters of buildings and suggests moves for energetic savings.
Energetic auditor is the person enlisted in the list of energetic auditors, recorded by the Ministry of the Industry and Business of the Czech Republic, who carries out an energetic audit. This audit assesses an amount of all different sorts of energies used in the building (heating, light, warming up of the hot water) and suggests optimal ways of saving procedures.
On the grounds of the audit the builder can control rate of return of expended funds.
